We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Specialist/ Business Analyst to join our We Buy Cars team. This person will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the business
- Develop insightful reporting to assist business in improving efficiencies and profitability
- Collaborating with various teams for the purpose of collecting data, understanding business processes and providing insights to support the execution of the company’s objectives
- Analysing business requirements and processes and recommending solutions for implementation
- Creating and maintaining documentation detailing the design, requirements, process flows and where applicable, user manuals for business implementation
- Help business unit heads answer complex business questions by investigating, analysing and modelling internal and external data sources
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes with the aim to improve efficiencies, increase profitability or accelerate growth

**Requirements**:

- Professional Financial qualification (CIMA/CFA/CA) or qualified Actuary
- 5-10 years’ experience. Experience in a similar role will be beneficial
- Needs to be extremely computer literate to be able to build financial models with flexible scenario analysis, process and smartly analyse large volumes of data.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The ability to work with both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations
- An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning
