We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Specialist/ Business Analyst to join our We Buy Cars team. This person will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the business
- Identifying inefficiencies in business processes and designing solutions/improvements in collaboration with the relevant business units
- Transform data into insightful dashboards that assist the business in decision making
- Creating and maintaining documentation detailing the design, requirements, process flows and where applicable, user manuals for business implementation
- Help business unit heads answer complex business questions by investigating, analysing and modelling internal and external data sources
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes with the aim to improve efficiencies, increase profitability or accelerate growth
**Requirements**:
- Industrial Engineering degree or similar qualification
- Experience in either supply chain, logistics or warehouse management
- Ideally 5-10 years’ experience.
- Proficient in computer programming, efficient analysis of large volumes of data and building financial models
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The ability to work with both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in process optimisation, resource planning and data analysis
