Our client, a contractor in the Construction Industry, is searching for an Tender Administrator / Admin Superhero to be based in Durbanville.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal structure while exercising great judgment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Commitment to meet established deadlines and deliver completed work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Sub-Contractor procurement

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum of a Matriculation / Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction will be advantageous
- Prior work experience of at least two years

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office practices in the construction industry: 2 years (required)
