- Experience

Management experience in a **Pet Store**

Knowledge and experience in managing inventory, buying, staff, pet merchandising and costs and profitability of a Pet Store.
- Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of the Pet Product Industry
- Pet nutrition
- Pet grooming products
- Pet toys
- OTC / Alternative medication for pets
- Knowledge of different types of pets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of computer systems.

Must have exceptional understanding of stock ledger accuracy and management to assist the overall store's performance.
