**Main purpose / objective of the position**:
To manage control all contracts. Take responsibility for data integrity (building and tenant).
Handle audit queries. To control all aspects of Leases, ie Accounts and Financial. To oversee
the financial processes and reporting to clients. To establish and maintain effective support
services for the property management functions.

**Decision making authority**:
This position operates within budget parameters and Decision framework and within a broad
framework of existing policies and guidelines.

**Experience / Education**:
years relevant experience

**Skills required**:
Computer Literacy: MS Office (particularly Excel at Advanced level) NICOR / SAP / MDA
Administration skills; Time Management; Financial Calculations and reporting

**Knowledge required**:
Capital expenditure; tax (including VAT); relevant JHI systems and procedures; legal and
financial aspects of leasing, house rules, insurance policies and procedures; basic knowledge
of contract law and contract management.

**Competencies required**:
Communication; analytical thinking; problem solving and decision making; tolerance for
stress; team work and co-operation; customer and quality focus; financial and business
acumen; accuracy; drive and productivity; methodical.

**Major drivers of work volume**:
Complexity of reporting, number and profile of tenants, profile of buildings

- Internal_: Financial manager, IT, Leasing Controller, Portfolio Manager, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable; Leasing Consultant; Technical Consultants, Property / Centre manager.
