**purpose**:

- To provide specialist advice and support in enabling the effective implementation of risk and control assurance frameworks, through a wide range of automated, real time or continuous auditing models to enable real time or near real time assurance for critical business capabilities**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Postgraduate Degree in Business, Commerce or Management Studies
- Preferred Qualification - Relevant Masters Degree in Business, Commerce or Management Studies
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a financial services environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level**additional requirements**:
**responsibilities**:

- Manage continuous and automated monitoring processes through timeous and rigorous monitoring exercises and engagement with the internal stakeholders on the output thereof
- Perform risk evaluation that supports with determining whether action is necessary to reduce the risk to consumers
- Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
