Key Responsibilities:

- Painting & Woodwork: Perform touch-ups, repairs, and general upkeep of wooden structures and painted surfaces.
- Glass Cutting & Repairs: Handle glass cutting and minor repairs as needed.
- Basic Electrical Work (Essential): Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical repairs, including wiring and fixture replacements.
- General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace across all company facilities.
- Gardening & Landscaping: Oversee the upkeep of outdoor areas, including trimming, watering, and landscaping tasks.
- Workshop & Inventory Management: Keep the maintenance workshop well-organized, stocked with essential tools and spare parts.
- Plumbing: Trouble shoot leaking taps and toilets, repair or seal. Good understanding of plumbing systems and parts.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for record-keeping and tracking maintenance activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work, tools, and supplies to ensure efficiency.

Pay: R17 000,00 - R17 500,00 per month
