**Entity and activity description**
TGM technician is responsible for the collection of product from either the branch or Head office, as per the need arises, then deliver to the customer, make sure all paperwork is updated, connect the product to the customer supply and ensure all is in good working order. Work onsite and be available solely to the specific customer, doing light maintenance and repairs, report writing and communication as per necessary to do the job properly and service the customer (Product = Cylinders and services)
**Missions and Responsibilities**
- Planning and delivery of various products to the customer
- Actual delivery of product from collection to actual connections and supply
- Problem identification and communication
- Liaise with customers on site
- Light maintenance on customer site
- Housekeeping and upkeep of equipment installed
- Reporting and record keeping
- Legal compliance and adherence to company regulations and standards

**Competencies and Profile**
Educational requirements**
- Technical qualification (N4)
- Matric (Senior Certificate)

**Experience**
- Apprenticeship experience in gas or related industry
- Valid driver's license

**Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job**
- OHS ACT as applicable
- Risk assessment. methods
