Marketing Co-ordinator/design Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Working through the Marketing Manager together with the Sales and Product teams, to design and implement marketing campaigns
- Act as design/creative lead and be responsible for ensuring all collateral is created and executed in accordance with both global and emerging markets guidelines and is delivered/executed to a high standard
- Plan and co-ordinate the preparation and supply of all marketing and sales support material/ product launch material utilising appropriate resources, these includes, but are not limited to, Media (print, digital & social), PR, Shop Profiling/Signage, POS, Catalogues, Sales Promotion Material, Web Sites and social media pages
- Assist with all aspects of marketing stock (clothing and promotional giveaways) which includes design, ordering of replenishment stock, regular stock taking and keeping records of all co-marketing expenses
- Assist in the management of outsourced projects to various third-party suppliers (ensuring they are executed on time and on budget with guidance from the Marketing Manager)
- Assist with visual displays at shows, exhibitions, conferences and events where necessary
- Administration of monthly marketing calendar and planned marketing activities to coordinate the execution of printing, brochure distribution or other elements which require processing of information

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing - diploma or degree
- Preferably 4 - 7 years’ experience in a marketing environment
- Agency experience an advantage
- Proficiency in project management
- International communication skills and experience preferred
- Working knowledge of social media (organic and paid advertising) and Google Analytics
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Pro-active, responsive and ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with passion and a sense of urgency
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail; owning tasking and assignments from end-to-end
- Flexible work schedule when needed
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
