Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick start your career? We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior IT Technician. As a Junior IT Technician, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting the IT infrastructure of Debt Solution SA.

In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with various IT queries. You will have the chance to expand your skills and knowledge in areas such as network administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network devices.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage software and hardware.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects, such as system upgrades and network infrastructure enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years VoIP experience.
- Experience working with a predictive dialing system (VICI Dial).
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in an IT position within a call centre (preferred).
- CompTIA A+ & N+ (advantageous).

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
