We are seeking a highly energetic logistics administrator to join a fruit export Company in the Northern Suburbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage addendums and documentation related to fruit exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze stock ages, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate actions.
- Track vessels and update information in the LINC system, maintaining real-time visibility of shipments.
- Maintain records of Temptale information to monitor and control temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Flag claims on the LINC system, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
- Capture imports in the LINC system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) documents and book inspections as required.
- Arrange re-inspections on fruit for age and target market changes, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Generate invoices for ex-works clients, maintaining accurate billing records.
- Provide assistance to the logistics team as needed, supporting various aspects of the logistics process.

Qualifications:

- Residing in the Western Cape region.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in addendums, documentation, and invoicing.
- Proficient in using the LINC system for vessel tracking, updates, and claim management.
- Familiarity with Temptale or similar temperature monitoring systems is preferred.
- Ability to capture and maintain accurate import records in the LINC system.
- Understanding of NDA documents and inspection booking processes.
- Knowledge of re-inspection procedures for age and target market changes.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, willing to support the logistics team in various capacities.
- A degree or certification in logistics or related field is mandatory.
