The Unit Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance to professional and ethical practice. To ensure the efficient management of the department with optimal nursing care. Including the wellbeing and development of the employees.

**Inherent Requirements**
- A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma in General Nursing / B Cur Degree) or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications.
- Registered with The South African Nursing Council
- Managerial experience preferable.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a private hospital setting
- An intermediate level of computer proficiency
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Organisational abilities

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- private hospital setting: 2 years (preferred)
