Innovative manufacturing company based in the beautiful town of Stellenbosch is looking to employ a Channel Manager (focus area Greater North) within their Sales Division, specifically focusing on their liquor product line.

Must be energetic, out of the box thinker, have strong multitasking, problem solving, time management and especially communication skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Manage Channels within designated area to increase sales and achieve set targets (Greater North)
- Increase listings and continuously identify new sales opportunities and increase numeric distribution of products
- Monitor and track sales performance
- Manage customer relationships within designated area
- Actively manage RTM partners
- Mentor, coach, and train Buccaneers to ensure that they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to perform effectively
- Ensure achievement of sales targets within designated area
- Formulate and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain up to date sales database

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role

SALARY

Negotiable depending on prior experience

Basic salary + Provident Fund + Quarterly Bonus + Vehicle / Cellphone Allowance
