**Responsibilities**:

- **Salesforce Architecture**:

- Architect Salesforce solutions for the entire group, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- **Development Advisory**:

- Provide guidance and mentoring to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate expertise in Apex development and proficiency in Java and C#.
- Implement domain-driven design and event-driven architecture principles in Salesforce solutions.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, continuously learning and improving skills.
- **Kafka Implementation**:

- Hands-on implementation and platform experience with Kafka, ensuring efficient data streaming and processing.
- **DevOps and Automated Testing**:

- Implement DevOps practices, including automated testing, to streamline development processes and ensure code quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex development and advising developers on best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Java and C#.
- Experience with domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka implementation and platform management.
- DevOps skills, particularly in automated testing.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with mínimal red tape.
