**Job Purpose**

To promote and sell financial services and insurance products to prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and seek out new clients and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Build productive relationships in worksites to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Sales Generation - ensure that set targets are achieved and ensuring that quality of leads and sales by achieving the required sales target and persistency.
- Identify products or services that best meet customer's needs.
- Work closely with peers and become part of the growing team.
- Attending and participating in meetings and sales huddles.
- Explain features, benefits, and exclusions of various products.
- Ensure Sales Process by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and business process/procedures.

**Required **Qualifications**

Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification

R4500pm + Commission

**Required Experience **_(relevant or in a similar role)_
- 1 year insurance sales experience.
- Basic computer literacy.
