To develop and co-ordinate governance and reporting management programmes by ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with the regulatory requirements, ERMF, ORRMF and corresponding Operational and Resilience risk policies and standards.

**Job Description**:
Accountability:

- Co-ordinate and review the preparation of Group operational and resilience risk management reports in preparation for Group, Executive and Board level reporting.
- Assist with the planning, allocation and timeous delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
- Act as the point of entry for Operational and Resilience Risk reporting for BU stakeholders ensuring that all Group reporting cycles are appropriately co-ordinated and managed.
- Drive required risk management forums in accordance with corporate governance requirements, including the collation, compilation, interpretation, management and interpretation of stakeholder to Group reporting.
- Assist management with the tracking and maintenance of the Change Book of Work (BoW) for the Governance and Reporting team within Group Operational and Resilience Risk (ORR).
- Liaise with stakeholders of Principal Risks to ensure alignment of approach to the management of operational and resilience risk per the ERMF and ORRMF.
- Assist in ensuring open, effective and collaborative lines of communication to all stakeholders across the Group for reporting purposes.
- Assist with the tracking, maintenance and management of planned Combined Assurance activities, including issues, and the execution thereof.
- Assist with the definition of value-adding and informative ORR reporting templates and dashboards to be utilised within the various governance reporting structures.
- Regular stakeholder communication and engagement to ensure the timeous delivery of business reporting requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in all relevant legislation and regulations and participate in the interpretation of these requirements.
- Oversee the activities of the Governance and Reporting team to ensure delivery of service to stakeholders.
- Allocate duties to team members in order to achieve efficiency and prioritisation of work scheduled and capacity management.
- Develop a high performing team by embedding formal performance development and informal coaching.
- Determine and analyse development needs for the team and ensure identified training requirements are budgeted for and executed.
- Interview and recruit new members of the team, including determining appropriate compensation levels.
- During times of scheduled audits and management assurance review, ensure all required information is provided timeously.
- Audit findings that have an impact on the function, collaboration with the respective Issue Owner to understand what actions are required for closure of the audit finding/s.
- Monitor compliance training undertaken by team members and ensure that they complete the required training within the prescribed timelines.
- Ensure that the BCM tool is updated regularly, including the co-ordination of team members to participate in BCM tests at the required intervals and document test results.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
