**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain training material
- Assist with research and development related to business activities (products, training tools, professional fee solution)
- Plan and co-ordinate training with Insurers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage the business unit training budget
- Actively involved in change management in the business unit
- Serve on culture committee
- Deliver on the communication plan
- Identify training gaps, propose solutions to management and implement timeously
- Develop a CPD (Continuing professional development) program for insurance advisers
- Effectively maintain relationships with service providers, colleagues and advisers

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- RE5
- Short-term insurance qualification
- 10 years insurance experience (Personal lines and Commercial)
- Tial Connect system knowledge
- Genasys Ski system knowledge
- Change agent experience

**Salary**: From R1.00 per month
