Position Description:
TFG Logistics manages and oversees the Distribution Function of the group.

Our 8 Distribution Centre’s (DCs) and management support staff total over 400 employees working to efficiently move stock to stores.

TFG Logistics is looking to hire an experienced DC Controller to join the Lefic Distribution Centre. You will be adding on-going value through dedication, consistency and the motivation to see the Group succeed.

**You will be responsible for, amongst other duties**:

- Managing the picking and inventory teams within the Distribution Centre
- Workforce planning
- Ensuring that accuracy and production targets are met
- Reporting on target achievement
- Improving processes within the Distribution Centre
- Stock Management
- Budget Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with BOP and 6S standards

Requirements**:

- A post-matric qualification in supply chain management / logistics & warehouse management / retail business management is advantageous
- Proven experience in managing teams - minimum of 2 years
- Experience in working on Manhattan Warehouse Management System would be advantageous
- Is pro-active and forward thinking
- Required to work overtime
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle high pressure, stress and multi-tasking
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- High energy and motivation
- Has a good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
