To provide assistance with all technology related equipment and services to all users within the group

**Duties**:

- End user support.
- Assisting with users general IT requests.
- To assist all our users with any IT related incidents when called upon.
- To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible.
- Escalating incidents to other support individuals where necessary.
- To install and configure new software and IT equipment.
- To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
- To resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
- Mantain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.

**Requirements**:

- A+.
- 2 years of experience in a windows desktop environment.
- Networking experience.
