**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Post-matric Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Systems,
- The following certifications/accreditation:

- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
- Windows 2016 or higher,
- Network Administration
- VLAN and Firewalls.
- Preference: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology/Systems.
- ITIL Certificate
- COBIT Certificate
- TOGAF

Work Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management (On-Prem) and Cloud platform contract management
- network design and implementation,
- Network monitoring,
- Maintenance and support including Disaster Recovery infrastructure.

**Preference**: 8 years IT Operations and IT Network Infrastructure management and support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Finance**
- Provide input to the IT Operations budget with a focus on Network and Infrastructure requirements of the Monitor and track performance against the approved budget and address any anomalies with regards to Network Infrastructure budget.
- Verify and collate invoices for the service providers used by IT for Network Infrastructure establishment and maintenance.
- Coordinate Network Infrastructure requirements across the organisation for budget purposes.
- Manage all ICT Infrastructure Assets in conjunction with Finance.

**Stakeholder**
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in order to deliver Network Infrastructure services in accordance with the expectations of the organisation.
- Maintain external relationships with service providers and suppliers, and external consultants on specific projects to ensure network Infrastructure services meet the required service standards.

**Internal Processes**
- Develop and Implement Network Infrastructure Design including Data Recovery Plan.
- Management of Hybrid Cloud platforms
- Develop and implement standardized Network Infrastructure maintenance processes and procedures that will enable the implementation and management of a consolidated and integrated Infrastructure platform.
- Installing and configuration of new hardware devices
- Daily proactive network infrastructure monitoring and support
- Ensure availability and management of all user devices approved as tools of the trade.
- Remote network and user support for all escalations
- Troubleshooting and Incident management for escalations on all hardware
- Draft, implement and maintain relevant Policies, procedures and guidelines for compliance by TIA.
- Report quarterly on Network Infrastructure Performance (WLAN and LAN) in accordance with the IT Governance Framework.
- Management of all collaboration and video conferencing equipment for TIA
- Ensure employee compliance to all the IT policies and processes.
- Respond to internal and external audit findings timeously.
- Provide inputs to the IT risk register.
- Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment in Network Infrastructure resources.
- Support and give inputs to the Disaster recovery plan for TIA.
- Maintain network infrastructure hardware and related software, analyse problems and monitor performance.
- Ensure network infrastructure components are updated with latest patches and software updates to mitigate security risks.
- Project Management of all infrastructure new implementations
- Involved actively in teams of cross functional project to assist solve problems inclusive of different technologies
