**F&I Business Manager** to join their team.

As an
**F&I Business Manager**, your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved VAP products in order to maximize gross profit.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Performing against set targets
- Managing relationships between the client and the finance house/insurance provider
- Understanding and complying with regulations affecting both new and preowned finance departments
- Explaining product offerings and recommending products to meet the client's needs
- Monitoring the progress of approved value added product and insurance product sales
- Administering the finance & insurance data
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Timeous contract payouts

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- FETC Retail Insurance Qualification
- NCA Card
- RE5 Certificate
- Class of Business up to date
- Prior/Current experience as an F&I or Banking experience as a BDO with a proven track record
