**Position Overview**:
To ensure that all administrative tasks in respect of Finance and Insurance in the Region is effectively carried out and concluded through effective interaction with F&I Manager.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
- Assist F&I with various admin duties, i.e. general administrative duties/ tasks and filling as required
- Assist in loading Finance Applications and feedback from finance houses noted on Seriti
- Compile and submit files/ reports with required documentation to financial institutions
- Ensure that all transactions are followed up and paid out as soon as possible
- Impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness, enabling effortless communication with finance houses, Branch Managers and Sales Executives.
- Must ensure that all Financial and Insurance (F&I) administrative functions are at all times followed by all branches in the region.
- Ensure that all documents, reports, etc. are prepared / returned on time.
- Ensure that the established document flow checking system is adhered to for compliance prior to Invoice request and after delivery has taken place.
- Assist the F&I Manager in ensuring all documents are in place for invoicing prior to ROA (Record Of Advice) being done by the F&I Manager with all customers Cash/ Financed transactions.
- Assist the F&I in all functions to maximize sales and profits to the dealership at all times

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Experience**
- 1 - 2 years' experience working as a F&I Assistant at a dealership/ Financial Administration environment

**Minimum Qualification**
- Grade 12

**Minimum Requirements**
- Highly proficient in Excel with a fair knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
- Knowledge of FICA, FAIS & NCA
- Excellent administrative, organizing and communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
