**Lead and manage area sales operations in the clothing sector**, focusing on exceeding targets through effective leadership and strategic sales initiatives.
- Motivate and empower Store Managers and Sales Team Leaders to drive clothing sales and maintain high staff morale.
- Implement new sales strategies and oversee administrative duties to optimize clothing sales performance, including markdowns, promotions, and merchandising.
- Manage HR functions such as recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure operational efficiency within the clothing retail environment.
- Monitor key metrics, including marketing effectiveness, stock counts, and shrinkage reduction initiatives, specific to the clothing industry.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and adapt to industry requirements, particularly in clothing retail.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in apparel retail, with a preference for a tertiary qualification and Grade 12 qualification.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
