Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

Contract Length: 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement security controls, such as intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, and access control systems.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees and clients to educate them on best practices for cybersecurity.
- Stay current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and trends to ensure our security policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
- Conduct periodic security audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead incident response and investigation efforts to resolve security incidents and minimize impact.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the availability of critical systems and data.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least seven years of experience in cybersecurity, including experience in incident response and investigation, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including risk management, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
- Experience with security controls such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, and access control systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are highly desirable.
