**Minimum Requirements**:

- N Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in Basic Management Program (Essential/Minimum)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in General People and Performance operations, employee relations, recruitment, and selection (Essential/Minimum)
- Proficiency in SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
- Proficiency in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
- Completion of Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Possession of Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Certificate in Labour Relations Development Program (Recommended/Desirable)
- Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Recommended/Desirable)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support line management in personnel cost planning and facilitate recruitment and selection processes to meet corporate goals.
- Manage the people performance process, employee development, discipline, and conflict resolution initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment equity commitments, and diversity management in the workplace.
- Conduct quality assurance of employee data, ensuring accuracy in SAP and adherence to compliance standards.
- Maintain and manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring customer-centric service and resolution of issues.
- Provide support and advice during disciplinary and grievance hearings, assisting in employee relations management.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of the Employee Assistant Programme and handle medical incapacity cases.
- Assist with internal business processes, including budget planning, QA management reports, and talent management initiatives.
- Ensure all employees are enrolled in applicable pension and medical schemes, liaising with relevant parties for amendments.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and cultivating a safety-focused culture.
