**Duties & Responsibilities**

- New Business sales
- Client service and management

**Main Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities**
- contact businesses or private individuals by phone
- deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- describe products and services
- respond to questions
- identify and overcome objections
- take the customer through the sales process
- obtain customer information
- obtain possible customer leads
- maintain customer/potential customer databases
- follow up on initial contacts
- complete records of telephonic interactions
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree (no industry experience requirement)
- RE5 and NQF5 (industry experience qualification)
**Experience**
- good typing skills
- insurance external sales experience with Lead Generation
- required language skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Goal driven

- Eager to learn and develop
- Sales experience an advantage

NOTE:
- **PERSON BETWEEN 18-25**:
- No industry experience required.
- Must have the desire to be in sales.
- Ability to speak telephonically with confidence.
- Must have studied something after matric (certificate/degree etc)
**PERSON BETWEEN 26 - 36 and older**
- Must come out of the industry (medical aid / short term / estate / life cover) - SALES
- Must have their RE5 certification.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
