We are looking for an experienced, process and client-focused leader who will manage, train, coach and develop our current customer success team.

**Role Overview**:
Create a client first team, with a client-focused obsession

Manage the SA based Customer Success team currently at 7 people, forecasted to grow to 10-15 this year

Implement a world-class onboarding, training and coaching process

Support and help team members with queries and questions

Handle the day-to-day management of the team

Help to improve team performance and productivity

Act as a mentor and direct contact for the team

Set up QA, KPI and performance reports to review, assess and coach team performance

Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to create, develop and implement processes and improvements.

**Requirements**:
At least 5+ years of customer success/account management experience - specifically in results-based service organizations

At least 2-5 years of management experience

Bachelor degree (postgraduate or masters degree is beneficial)

Experience in training, developing and coaching your past teams to success

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analysis/reporting skills and the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work

Strong leadership skills

Eager to learn and grow with the company

Experience using HubSpot and SalesLoft is beneficial
