**Introduction**:
Our client in the Document Storage business has over 22 years of experience in records management. They have customers, from the private sector to Government, Hospitals, and Attorneys. Head Office is based in Pretoria, but they serve clients throughout South Africa.

**Primary Purpose of the Position**:

- Using creative methods to increase business development.
- Understanding the competitive environment and profiling significant companies.
- Managing customer relations by being the single point of contact for client.
- Visit (potential) customers on a regular basis.
- Achieve the relevant sales budget and targets.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers at expos or by phone and attend trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Customers.
- Prepare costings and tenders and monitor these objectives.
- Delivers monthly sales reports to the sales manager and executive management team.
- Willing to travel for work and work after hours if need be.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements)**:

- Must have experience with Document Storage and Management - non negotiable
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience sales
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience is essential.
- Must be able to measure, design and quote on an inquiry
- Must have their own reliable car
- Must have a valid Code 8 drivers license
- Must have their own cell phone
