As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Utilize Micros point of sale system to efficiently process transactions and generate reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Micros point of sale system is essential.
