**Job role and summary**
- The SAP OTC / DSD consultant plays a critical architectural role in designing, testing and deploying a the Order to Cash / Direct Store Delivery solution within the overall SAP S/4 HANA program. The SAP OTC / DSD consultant will focus on end-to-end scenarios in the Order to Cash value stream to ensure that requirements / L3 and L4 processes are designed, built, tested and deployed.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Participates in solution design for the OTC/DSD area
- Builds the to be process and validates design through PDDs
- Documents the system design through CRs include configuration and WRICEF specifications
- Builds the system including supporting the development team
- Test and deploys the OTC/DSD solution

**Skills**
- Depth of knowledge in SAP SD with strong knowledge in DSD (preferable) and/or pricing, order management, logistics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong business process knowledge in the CPG industry
- Problem solving ability
