The Product Delivery Lead, Make to Deliver (MTD), is responsible for product development initiatives, managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and ensuring that all financial products and tools support business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs. This person will work closely with Sales and Distribution teams, Technology partners, and Senior Management to build, refine, and scale OTC products & processes that result in business efficiency, compliance, and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MTD that aligns with business goals and drive business value and growth. Leading the development and prioritisation of product initiatives based on business priorities, financial analysis, market trends, value realisation and stakeholder input.
- Act as the primary liaison between finance, technology, operations, and executive teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and resource allocation, updating on product development, performance metrics, and strategic impacts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as the owner of the Global Template for their respective functional area(s), whilst maintaining the highest level of standards for the design and delivery of new demand and capability.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, launch, adoption & support. Driving the creation of detailed product requirements, specifications, and documentation to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and user needs.
- Work with finance teams to ensure product financials are aligned with the overall company budget and financial strategy, prioritising initiatives delivering the most value to the business.
- Establish key product and business metrics to understand product and business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, functional experts and other relevant team members involved in product development. Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Strong background with CPG industry experience and demonstrable experience in SAP design, build & test, having been involved in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience in delivering business transformation programs.
- Deep hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Modules with demonstrable solution design and delivery.
- General SAP technical skills including up and down stream integration across connecting modules and products, for example but not limited to Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM).
- Specific SAP S/4HANA process and configuration experience in MTD processes, including:

- Materials Management
- Plant Maintenance
- Quality Management
- Logistics Execution
- Extended Warehouse Management / Warehouse Management
- Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling
- SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in the Record To Report modules.
- SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in other modules would be advantageous.
- Ability to understand a wide range of disciplines in enough detail to communicate clearly with experts in those areas to enable delivery of E2E solutions designs.
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Possess a solid understanding of AGILE development methodologies.
- Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced international business and working with multi-cultural teams in different geographies.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams and delivering outcomes with added value.
