**Basic remuneration will include**:

- Have their own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers’ licence.
- Be knowledgeable, well presented and punctual.
- Have proven IT background and experience with Desktop Support and Networking Environments.
- Have good time management skills.
- Have good time communication skills.
- Be good at problem solving.
- Be willing to travel around Johannesburg to call on clients

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be an advantage
- Preferably MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+ (Current)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Desktop Support and Networking Environments.
- Any other telephony experience, gateways, UNIFI AP, Firewalls
- Networking Experience
- Antivirus and Malware Software
- Good grasp on Cloud Computing and Cloud Computing Environments as well as an understanding of machine virtualization.
- MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Computer Assembly & Repair
- Software Installation and Support
- 1st, 2nd Line Support
- Strong customer-service orientation
