**IT Support Technician required in Johannesburg.**:
You will manage the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies, manage a team, oversee budgets, and drive revenue growth through various online channels, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide 2nd line support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing issues
- Maintain accurate documentation (network diagrams, asset registers, support notes)
- Ensure client environments meet high security and compliance standards
- Own and resolve support tickets autonomously
- Support or lead deployments and onsite technical work

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years IT support experience (MSP background preferred)
- CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365, or Cisco CCNA certification (preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking, DNS, and firewall configuration
- Proficiency with tools like Autotask, IT Glue (advantageous)
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- A proactive, security-first mindset

**Salary**: R25 000 - R30 000 per month.

Office Based: Full-Time.
