**_We are a well established construction and maintenance company and we are looking to employ someone that is an experienced handyman in hotel maintenance to join our team._**

**Experience in the following fields**:

- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Computer literate
- Planing an organizing skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Tasks (include but not limited to):

- Ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
- Maintain high standards of working area, hotel premises and equipment.
- Make optimal use of materials without wastage.
- Operate power tools and equipment.
- Provide assistance to guest complaints within reasonable time.
- Repair furnishings and appliances.
- Assist with stock taking and order placing.

It will be beneficial to have experience within the hospitality field

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role

Grade 12

Good communication skills

Ability to work shifts/weekends

Able to meet targets under pressure
