**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the company’s hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your key duties will include posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,conducting background checks, and overseeing psychometric assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various platforms and utilize different recruiting techniques.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Perform background checks and oversee psychometric testing where required.
- Establish and maintain structured onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment**, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident, professional, and well-organized personality.
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong proficiency in HR and recruitment software is an advantage.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in HR or Recruitment will be an advantage.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Driver’s license
- Ability to work overtime if and when required.

Job Details:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Salary**: R7,000 - R12,000 per month (Based on experience)
- **Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
