**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Grade 12 / Matric**:

- **BCom Degree** in Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain
- **2 years' experience** in a related order fulfilment or customer service environment

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong verbal and written **communication skills**:

- **Excellent telephone etiquette** and customer orientation
- **Computer literate**: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), Internet navigation, ERP systems, LTQ, and OCR
- **Attention to detail** and accuracy-driven
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to **work independently or in a team**:

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage **conflict situations** effectively
- Strong **interpersonal and problem-solving skills**:

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional **customer service** aligned with Centre of Excellence (COE) KPIs and service ratings
- Enhance the customer buying experience through professional service, system utilisation, and process compliance
- Execute **order management tasks and administration**, following through from order placement to final delivery
- Ensure all processes are adhered to and aligned with PG Bison’s operational excellence standards
