**Managed People Solutions** is looking for a bright, well organized, and charismatic go-getter, who has Sales Coordinator experience, has a passion for trade activities and enjoys planning and tracking promotions, with some experience in alcohol (spirits preferably) for a very well well-known **Fine liquor company in Johannesburg, Gauteng.**

**Responsibilities**
- Management and control of the regional storeroom in its entirety; storeroom to be kept in neat and orderly condition always
- Tracking all inbound and outbound POS items via the POS Inventory tracking sheets
- Coordinating the various POS storeroom counts in rest of SA
- Communication arrival of POS stock in various storerooms
- Stock control and counts
- Stock movement management in conjunction with approval from line manager
- Stock counts conducted monthly, line manager to sign off on stock counts
- Stock order for calendar activities against A&P
- Manage and take ownership of the planning, budgeting, processes, logistics involved in the implementation on - and off-trade activations
- Set up the annual activation budgeting and planning tool and share the monthly update actual vs. spend
- Quarterly briefs to promoter agency with detailed activations plans, product info and promoter scripts
- Support sales teams with development of reaches by supplying ranked revenue by customer by brand, as well as key learnings from previous activations
- Weekly feedback sessions with sales teams and promoter agency with regular status updates as well as managing of the activation booking sheet
- Monthly tracker updated and shared to communicate key activation metrics, ROI; Cost/Contact; and key consumer feedback and learnings. Trackers in place for stock and activation collateral
- Ensuring sales Master data is up to date, accurate and maintained in Acumatica
- Tracking implementation of key POS elements including FSU placements and contracts
- Creation and Maintenance of the quarterly discounting and retail advertising calendars, and loading of on invoice discounts into Acumatica
- Rebate processing and payments, ensuring all contracts are up to date, quarterly in arrears payments are calculated, POs raised and payment processed against correct budgets
- Updating of select monthly key KPI reports as well as tracking and updating weekly sales reports as and when needed and assist with any ad hoc reporting and gap lists required
- Ensure the NPD calendar with listing details o/s is being updated and shared with relevant stakeholders to ensure we are in a position to list NPDs 6 weeks prior to open to order
- Ensuring listing documents are completed accurately per specific chain/digital spec ready for listing
- Playing a role with future VAP’s across strategic customers in conjunction with marketing to ensure we have a highly impactful and successful range covering all major theme /occasions across annual integrated calendar
- Develop, manage and capture pre-orders for individual VAPs and track sell in on VAPs vs. allocation by chain pack and rep
- Develop and deliver VAP listing documents
- Support communication developed for various trade activities e.g. trade agreement/ letter
- Take ownership of various tasks which would promote a productive work environment in the JHB office
- Coordinating team builds, regional get togethers, office meetings etc.
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure resources are accurate and current white coordinating new material creation as and when needed

**Education and Experience**
- Must have a degree in business management, or similar
- Have 3 years' work experience in an FMCG environment
- Must have experience in building reporting tools
- Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Must be based in Gauteng
- A good understanding of the industry shopper/category and channel trends
