**We are BOOST&Co. **We are a thriving collection of highly skilled finance professionals based across the UK, and Cape Town in South Africa. We are blazing a trail, providing bespoke lending solutions to high growth, innovative and disruptive SMEs through growth loans, term loans and working capital facilities. This role is based in Cape Town.

**We need **a talented and meticulous finance professional, CA(SA) qualified, with at least four years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in SME finance, to join our Portfolio team in CPT. You must be ready to move beyond the standard career path followed by their peers. You will truly own your work end-to-end, and will be looking for a place to utilise your relationship-building and negotiation skills. The focus is on analysing financial information, but this inevitably expands to anticipating businesses’ financial needs and helping our portfolio companies’ leaders to manage both risk and opportunities in a more meaningful and impactful way.

**You will have a lot to juggle. **Whether it’s managing your team or analysing and managing risk of your numerous portfolio companies, your attention to detail and focus will come to the fore. You will bring your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with the management teams of our portfolio companies. Working closely with our clients to effectively collate accurate financial information to provide the accurate analysis and subsequent risk and portfolio review reporting, including weekly flash reporting, monthly portfolio analysis and assisting with quarterly reporting of the portfolio’s performance our investors.

**We want **someone who relishes analysis, copes well with uncertainty and is able to create a range of options, not just one solution. Strong writing skills are required for creating well-structured and concise committee updates. The work will be hands-on and challenging, you will need to be comfortable working at a fast pace, and be ready to shift gears several times a day.
