**Position: Financial Administrator**
**Company: General Heavy Marine (Pty)Ltd**
**Location: Boksburg, Johannesburg**
**Duties And Responsibilities: (But not limited to)**
- Send daily invoices and job cards to customers.
- Monthly rental invoices and statements to be sent to customers
- Daily and monthly payments to be checked and submitted on time.
- Check and collect all supplier invoices.
- Allocate debtors and creditors payments(weekly).
- Filing of all invoices and slips.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Import bank statements(daily)
- Capture SIV and manage petty cash.
- Any other tasks required from financial manager.
**Requirements**:
- High school certificate or financial related qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial role, preferably within a business-services environment.
**Skills**
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
- Interpersonal Skills
- ability to communicate with various departments.
- Adaptability - the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
