**Job Summary Statement**:
Provides support to the estimating and bidding procedures, understands the role estimating has to overall project management. Has an attention to detail that promotes financial value and to the growth of Moolmans as a business.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS (BENEFICIAL)**:

- ** **Grade 12
- Other relevant qualification: eg. Administration Diploma will be an advantage.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- ** **At least 5 years’ working experience - estimating administration.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Distribute tender documents to relevant departments eg. Procurement, Planning, Commercial, etc.
- Prepare tender submissions, expressions of interest etc.
- Delegate responsibilities between various departments to ensure tender returnables are correct and complete.
- Take Minutes for Tender Start-up meetings.
- Ensure correct storage of all tenders on the common drive.
- Provide administration and office support services to Estimators and others within the estimating department.
- Maintain up to date company documentation for inclusion in tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit monthly exco reports.
- Make travel arrangements for site inspections, tender delivery/submission of tenders etc.
- File and archive all completed tenders and post tender documentation electronically.

**Knowledge Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent computer skills
- Power point, Excel and Microsoft word is essential
- Awareness of tender documentation
