**Finance Intern** with a BComm Accounting degree, valid drivers license and own transport.

**Qualifications**:

- BComm Accounting degree (or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

**Skills**:

- Highly numerate and able to analyse information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literate; fully conversant with the current uses of information technology in the workplace and uses IT as a management tool (good knowledge in Word / Excel and Power Point).
- Ability to work well with others and take initiative

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the processing of bank and credit card entries and monthly bank reconciliations of entities within the group.
- Responsible for recording supplier invoices and expense within the group.
- Ensure intercompany transactions and balances agrees.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the fixed assets register and monthly depreciation processing.
- Assist with VAT returns submissions.
- Assist with annual audit process.
- Assist with ensuring that statutory and related documents are kept updated.
- Assist with accuracy and testing of analytical reports.
- Update of client and supplier documents.

**Secondary responsibilities**:

- Database / CRM Administration.
- General administrative tasks as required from time to time

**Other**:

- Reporting to the Group Financial Manager
- Work Hours will be from 8:00 - 17:00
- May be required to travel
- Must have own transport
