We are looking for Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to provide a stellar customer experience. You will develop attention to detail and organizational skills. while gaining a privileged view and know-how inside the tourism industry.

**Your mission**

Your mission is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by checking the hotel rooms and public areas are in perfect condition. You will supervise our housekeeping team in delivering a great work on time.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead room attendants into doing their tasks
- Assign the list of rooms and public areas that need to be cleaned by the housekeeping team
- Communicate to reception team the rooms that are ready
- Inspect all the rooms and public areas are cleaned properly
- Find and report maintenance issues and ensure they are addressed
- Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
- Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- Computer skilled as you need to use out Property Management System
- Excellent communication with staff to motivate them to work hard and deliver on time
- Natural talent for helping people as guests have requests and complaints
- Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
