- **Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities**

- **Ensure all common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators, are clean and presentable**

- **Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms for new arrivals and departures**

- **Handle and report any lost and found items**

***
- **Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints**

***
- **Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment**

***
- **Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service to guests**

***
- **Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures**

*** Requirements**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent**

***
- **Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role**

***
- **Excellent attention to detail and time management skills**

***
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**

***
- **Strong communication and customer service skills**

***
- **Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects**

***
- **Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed**

***
- **Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and products**
