We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to take on the role of **Head of Reservations** at our highly regarded upmarket hotel nestled in the breathtaking Franschhoek valley.

**Requirements**:
Matric / Grade 12

Previous experience mandatory

Good communication and organization skills

Teamwork and responsibility

Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

OPERA experience mandatory

**Responsibilities**:
Overseeing the Reservations and Front Desk team

Providing information such as room availability, rates, packages and assisting guest in making reservations based on their requirements.

Processing payments and ensuring all payment terms and conditions for bookings are adhered to

Training and mentoring reservations and front desk staff

Maintaining accurate room inventory, accurate records including guest profiles, booking statistics and revenue reports.

Determining work procedures and preparing work schedules to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
