**About Us**:
Join the dynamic team at Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing, a global leader in crafting custom and semi-custom power and sailing catamarans and power boats. We are currently seeking skilled Boat Building Laminators to contribute to the production excellence of tooling and small moulds.

**Job Purpose**:
As a Boat Building Laminator, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team. Your expertise in boat building laminating techniques will be crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our vessels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide the laminating process.
- Collaborate with the boat building team to meet production timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the integrity of laminated structures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laminating processes.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Previous experience as a Boat Building Laminator in the marine industry.
- Familiarity with laminating techniques, resins, and fiberglass materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in laminating work.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Commitment to safety standards in a boat building environment.
