**Practice Plus** is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth on a part-time basis.

**ABOUT US**:
Practice Plus is a practice management company that specializes in helping medical and professional practices establish, operate, and grow their businesses. **THE ROLE**:
As our Junior Bookkeeper, you will work directly with our Senior Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and assist with various accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their bookkeeping skills in a supportive, professional environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Help with bank reconciliations
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Assist with billing documentation
- General administrative support to the finance team
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Bookkeeper

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant bookkeeping qualification or studying toward one
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy with experience in accounting software
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational abilities

**WE OFFER**:
