- National Diploma /Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years within the Automotive / Aftermarket Industry
- Occasional travel across the dealer network, Ford B2B customers will be required, therefore a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Fluency and proficiency in English is necessary
- Support Wholesale Manager in analyzing information to develop and grow wholesale business for Ford South Africa including understand aftermarket competition.
- Support Wholesale Manager to implement wholesale business strategy, incentives, and campaign programs.
- Oversee program, ensure forecast accuracy, track key metrics, and support data analytics for parts wholesale program.
- Develop, implement & manage pricing strategies that ensure competitive parts pricing & Vehicle cycle cost.
- Competitive Cost of Ownership - Competitive Parts Pricing
- Work closely with feet on the street and Program Managers to understand market situation and able to plan for improvements.
- Analyse pricing trends of both OE & non franchised competitors.
- Visit dealerships and key trade club customers to ensure good relationship and program awareness.
- Provide detailed reports on business intelligence gathered during dealer and customer visits.
- Make recommendations and formulate revenue-driven strategies.
- Work with partners to further improve PSN/Trade Club Network, System, process and launch any new / updated initiatives.
- Work with IMG revenue management team and Motorcraft team to ensure competitive channel pricing structure and brand plan is in place, support market execution where required.
- Maintain performance tracking via UDB.
- Assist with gathering fallen feeds / outstanding UDB data from dealers and DMS providers.
- Ensure sustainment support and improve performance.
- Review monthly parts sales and produce consolidated reports.
- Report results to regional/global audience including financial performance.
- Maintain and coordinate Wholesale Commercial Terms and all Variable Marketing programs.
- Ensure all operational objectives are met - Sales Turn over & maximize Ford proprietary parts sales (Motorcraft).
- Regularly assess competitiveness and proper parts wholesale positioning.
- Create awareness on the benefits of using Ford genuine parts and Motorcraft parts.
- Cascade and Familiarize with the Ford Wholesale Campaign offers.
- Manage Save A Car program.
