At Jonsson Workwear, we aim to cultivate talent, support our people’s growth, and create engaging worker experiences. Our Talent Development team drives our talent acquisition, onboarding and people development to support our team members throughout their journey at Jonsson Workwear.
**The main responsibilities of the role includes**:
- Collaborating with hiring leaders on identifying suitable culture fits for the business.
- Coordinating and facilitating the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Driving all internal and external recruitment across **Jonsson Workwear** and handling multiple recruitment projects at any given time.
- Continuously building and maintaining relationships across the business and fully understand the business/talent needs.
- Preparing and maintaining all role advertisements.
- Advertising and sourcing roles using various platforms (e.g. online, internal, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Ad hoc travel, as and when the recruitment search requires (e.g. for remote based roles).
- Coordinating and facilitating recruitment campaigns for all graduate development.
- Keeping abreast of talent acquisition industry trends and think of innovative ways to attract and select talent.
- Preparing and arranging practical assessments and processing all employment checks.
- Collating and maintaining the necessary recruitment and selection information for B-BBEE and EE reporting.
- Tracking all recruitment activities and reporting on status of roles.
- Driving a consciousness around diverse and inclusive talent attraction.
- Supporting the Talent Development Team with other talent-related projects and activities.
**The experience we’re looking for**:
- Proven experience in a similar role delivering end to end recruitment principles and process.
- Strong talent attraction and selection experience including mid-senior level hires, preferably in-house.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams experience advantageous.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and Linkedin Recruiter tool advantageous.
- MIE accreditation and system experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
