**Human Resource Practitioners Responsibilities**:
- Implementing and monitoring the talent strategy within the business unit.
- Implementing and monitoring the Reward strategies effectively in terms of advice and guidance to line managers.
- Coordinating and facilitate transformation initiatives and behavior change programmes successfully.
- Evolving and coordinating implementation and execution of the People agenda.
- Supporting with the facilitation of change management interventions.
- Executing and managing sound recruitment and selection practices.
- Ensuring effective performance management practices are maintained (EPMS).
- Maintain effectiveness participation in and management of the Talent Review process and Career development.
- Providing advisory service with regards to HR related practices, policies and procedures enhancing established business relationships.
- Ensuring an effective IR Climate by assisting with IR incidents and managing practices.
- Have the ability to communicate with/consulting with line managers regarding IR issues to ensure fair labour practices and a positive employee morale.
- Maintaining successful industrial and Employee Relations, CCMA experience with a successful track record.
- Implementing the agreed training strategies in order to achieve training targets.
- Presenting ad keeping statutory compliance and monthly HR reports.
- Managing and adhering of all HR policies, practices and procedures.
- Maintaining effectiveness in Human Resources administration practices.
**Compiling of salary budget and headcount reconciliation**
- Administering and monitoring HR policies and procedures to enhance the HR service delivery.
- Making sure all HR related problems are solved quickly and information provided on time.
- Achieving deadlines in line with business requirements.
- Updating HR operating systems timeously or when needed to ensure data integrity.
- Consulting and advising business in preparation for internal hearings and external meetings.
- Implementing and facilitating the performance management process.
- Generating key insights through analysis of monthly HR data and highlighting key trends to the HRM.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a relevant and recognized tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
- Must have at least 5 years generalist HR experience.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Proven track record in handling IR related matters.
- Be computer literate especially in MS Office Suite & SAP.
- Have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Have the ability to work independently, accurately and well under pressure.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal, external customers and work partners.
- Have strong engagement/ relationship skills with stake holders (Verbal and written communication skills).
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor.
- Have high pace environment and quick turnaround time.
- Be very organized, flexible and adaptable to prioritize and re-prioritize in a VUKA world.
- Have strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills.
