The purpose of this position is to identify areas where complex business processes and performance can be developed or improved, leveraging BPM techniques, concepts, and tools to proactively assists business managers in identifying and evaluating opportunities for improvement.
**Working at NTT**
Process Improvement Initiatives
- Assists in the implementation of operational changes to support new regulatory requirements, and enterprise projects
- Designs and execute process improvement initiatives, taking responsibility for individual delivery in terms of quality, scope and time
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction in enterprise projects
- Builds business case to demonstrate business value & calculate ROI for business stakeholders
- Develop mitigation strategies for cross-organizational impacts for process improvement projects
- Teaches, leads and coaches cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and other methodology.
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives in relation to current BPM processes
- Ensures diagrams and evaluates existing processes are uploaded and archived
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
- Surveys and analyses best practices for techniques and processes.
- Performs cost and benefit analyses.
- Integrates change management into the overall transformation initiative
- Ensures understanding of process improvement & Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Research
- Researches methodologies, best practices, trends and tools to effectively support and enable continuous improvement
- Make recommendations
- Support the implementation of recommendations
- Engages with local technology providers to compare service offerings and identify the most appropriate technology solutions to meet customer experience requirements
Business Analysis
- Investigate and perform business needs analysis and root cause issues analysis with key stakeholder and evaluate and identify solutions
- Identify and design new and improved business process systems and procedures to deliver goals during projects
- Undertake a feasibility and impact analysis of solutions identified with key stakeholders
- Develop IT systems functional, non-functional and service level requirements as well as Business Requirement Definition documents to assist Project Manager with deliverables
- Define and analysis value chains (cross functional process mapping) and linking business strategy to process architecture
Mentoring
- Mentors and supports coaching the Continuous Improvement Team and transfers skill and knowledge
- Personnel development, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, development of business cases, and establishing the tracking of results and outcomes.
Project Administration
- Produces relevant, useful and professional reports and communications as project updates to the business
- Provides ongoing open communication to all key functional team members
- Identify project risks either by consultation with key stakeholders or by risk assessment workshop and develop mitigating action plans with operations
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Supports in the delivery of project work, on time and in line with the agreed standard of quality
Reporting and Administration
- Completes all project documents and related administration and stores to ensure currency and accessibility.
- Generate monthly and weekly or ad-hoc status reports during enterprise projects
- Documents process changes/new process design and measuring process compliance within the Merchants enterprise
**Knowledge**
- At least 5 years in the business improvement discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Call Centre metrics and operations
- Understanding of process engineering and mapping
- LEAN/ SIX SIGMA - Yellow belt / CBPP/ Business Analys
